Energy Healing
Energy healing is used to help cleanse and balance your energy body. It will work to release any energetic attachments to others, and energetic blocks within your body that are no longer serving you. These energetic attachments or blocks may have been created from traumatic experiences big or small, generational beliefs that were passed onto you but do not belong to you, or limiting beliefs you have created based on the words, actions, or lack of actions of others towards us. Since energy is not created or destroyed, this energy then creates and attracts behaviour and patterns that repeat in your life until you work to release them. This is the process of the healing. I’ll connect with your Chakra energy centers, to help release whatever blocks are coming up most strongly for you at this time which are no longer serving you. In the end I’ll offer my Intuitive assessment. I look forward to assisting you on your healing journey.
Quantum Hypnosis
In Quantum Hypnosis, we journey to the depths of the mind to access and connect with your true soul and the abundance of wisdom it holds. Your higher soul self will provide you with exactly what you need to experience in order to help you advance in the chosen area of focus. This may be a past memory revealed to help you remember and embody your true identity, a healing and rewiring of a memory, a metaphorical situation created to help you move through a block, or a fun exploration. I will guide you into a deep meditative state to the point where your higher self then presents the experience to you as I assist to guide the flow of the session. I can’t wait to explore with you and assist in your journey forward.

“My session with Lisa exceeded my expectations. I totally believe in energy work and healing, but I have had so much resistance to it in the past. I usually can't even meditate for more than 5 minutes and I've been trying to get myself to meditate more for at least 8 years now. I knew prior to the session I had a lot of blocks of feeling guilt and shame for past financial decisions as well as worry for my financial future, even though much of this was in my head and objectively I was in a perfectly healthy spot with my finances and relationship with money. I knew deep down that my energy and subconscious mind needed to clear some stuff. And let me tell you... that day not only did my old condo that was on the market for 2 months sell on an unconditional offer for more than I was praying for, but I also received $2000 in what I like to call miracle money (unexpected money). Clearly the unblocking worked lol. I don't want to set up crazy high expectations for the healing work... but this is truly what happened. It blows my mind.
